Key player in Par fund management including bonus investigation and recommendation and bonus implementation
Maintain and continually update the participating fund governance framework and apply of the framework to manage the par portfolio
Assist team lead in Par fund related initiatives and projects
Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks based on department priorities
Ensure deliveries follows the departments best practice and comply with regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent with good progress in actuarial qualifications with either US UK or Australia Actuarial Institute or newly qualified actuary
At least 2 to 6 years of work experience in actuarial function with exposure to financial reporting
Technical meticulous and able to apply critical thinking
Able to communicate in simple and concise way to stakeholders
Able to work independently and collaborate with other team members within actuarial and other departments
Adaptable open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working
