Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two weeks followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Pacific Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Salary Package: 50000 PHP to 60000 PHP/Monthly

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly accountable and experienced Offshore Sourcer / Recruiting Administrator to support our recruiting team. This individual will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent across a variety of non-IT functions. The ideal candidate will have strong agency recruiting experience excellent written communication and be deeply familiar with North American workplace communication norms.

    This role requires someone who is tech-savvy organized and committed to long-term success in a performance-driven environment

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Sourcing & Talent Identification
      1. Review detailed job descriptions and interpret hiring manager needs.
      2. Search screen and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Bullhorn and external databases.
      3. Generate Boolean search strings and leverage advanced filters to improve candidate match quality.
      4. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for active and forecasted roles.
    2. Candidate Outreach & Engagement
      1. Draft and send customized outreach messages to candidates.
      2. Introduce roles in a professional culturally fluent tone that aligns with North American communication norms.
      3. Coordinate interest handoffs to our lead recruiter; no phone or video calls required initially.
      4. Maintain a professional brand-aligned candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
    3. Recruitment Admin Support
      1. Track all sourcing activity in Bullhorn ATS including status updates notes and next steps.
      2. Ensure all candidate records are clean current and complete with appropriate tags and source attribution.
      3. Support resume formatting manual uploads and candidate tracking spreadsheets as needed.
    4. KPI-Driven Execution
      1. Meet weekly and monthly performance metrics (e.g. candidate outreach volume lead conversion rate).
      2. Adapt to recruiter feedback and continuously refine sourcing strategy based on results.
      3. Participate in regular check-ins and provide progress updates to the recruiting team.

    Qualifications:

        Education:
        • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
        Experience:
        • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience with a strong preference for prior agency and staffing experience.
        • Proven success in high-volume sourcing and candidate engagement.
        • Experience working with international or North American clients is an advantage.
        • Strong employment stability and a desire to build a long-term career within the organization.
        • References and Reasons for leaving current career will be taken into account.
        • Prior experience in sourcing or recruiting with any of the following roles is preferred:
          • General admin and customer service
          • Sales
          • Project Managers
          • Accountants
          • H&S and Sustainability
          • HR
          • Geologists
          • Engineers
        Technical Skills:
        • Bullhorn ATS or equivalent (e.g. JobDiva Greenhouse Lever).
        • LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and strong Boolean search knowledge.
        • Google Workspace: Gmail Docs Sheets Calendar.
        • Comfort with Slack Microsoft Teams Zoom.
        • CRM or data hygiene experience is a plus.
        Soft Skills:
        • Exceptional written English professional tone and attention to cultural nuance.
        • High level of accountability and ownership of tasks.
        • Receptive to feedback and willing to iterate through processes.
        • Detail-oriented and data-conscious with strong organizational habits.
        • Interested in long-term career growth with a client-focused mindset.
