We are seeking a visionary and analytical Product Owner - Recruiting to join our team in Gerlingen this role you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of our recruiting software products ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead the product vision and strategy for our recruiting software solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and product backlog items
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of features
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Facilitate sprint planning review and retrospective meetings
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries from internal teams and clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruiting technology and HR processes
- Continuously gather and incorporate user feedback to improve product functionality and user experience
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration Human Resources or related field
- 5 years of experience in product management or recruiting
- Proven experience with agile product development methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
- Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in project management and product backlog management
- Excellent skills in user story creation and prioritization
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of the HR technology landscape
- Understanding of labor markets and hiring trends
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
