PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Compensation Specialist with 4 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis. Proficiency in leveraging compensation systems and survey data to support organizational compensation strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4-5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS and compensation management systems
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements
- Experience with compensation survey participation and interpretation
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Finance or related field

- Responded to complex compensation inquiries and provided guidance to HR business partners
- Assisted with the implementation of compensation policies
