Responsibilities
- Organize events and provide general administrative support for ad-hoc projects
- To provide editorial and communications support for local and international programs and events
- To help execute content strategies on various social media platforms
- Conduct desktop research and deliver findings in a coherent and organized format
- Handle English and Chinese editing proofreading and translation work
- Manage data system and maintain comprehensive data storage
- Compose professional English and Chinese correspondences independently
Requirements
- Degree holder of any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in large corporations
- A good team player who possesses strong interpersonal skills thrives in a multi-tasking environmentand has a keen eye for detail
- Track record in positions that demand high personal integrity and confidentiality; experience in desktop research or events management would be an advantage
- Good time management and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to grammar and accuracy in English and Chinese
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Putonghua
- Conversant in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; experience in Canva Adobe Premier Pro or other photo/video editing apps would be highly beneficial
