Are you passionate about transforming services and putting customers at the heart of everything we do The Customer Experience Programme is offering exciting secondment opportunities for colleagues who want to be part of a dynamic team driving change across Birmingham City Council.
This programme is central to our ambition to deliver excellent customer service for everyone in Birmingham. Were redesigning services consolidating support functions improving customer experience driving channel shift efficient customer contact through several access channels and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Whether its through smarter use of data more joined-up services or human-centred design were committed to making every interaction with the council efficient consistent and customer-focused.
This role is being offered on secondment basis until March 2026 providing a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact work while developing your skills and experience. Please note that extensions to these secondments are subject to future Improvement Recovery Plan (IRP) funding.
