Join our Structure division and lead multiple global programs from concept to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering Manufacturing Finance Quality Purchasing) to ensure projects meet scope quality timing and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute programs exceeding customer and internal expectations.
Ensure delivery on time within budget and to quality standards.
Manage product changes risks and milestones.
Coordinate activities across global teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5 years project management experience in automotive (mechanics preferred).
Strong communication skills; fluent in English & Spanish (French a plus).
Proactive accountable resilient leader.
