Job Description

The position
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in bridging communication between different teams stakeholders and sometimes external partners ensuring structure around plans information flows and coordinated efforts within the portfolio of activities related to Partner Markets. We are working with partners all over the world offering them ALKs product in 20 countries. The complexity is high but with a lot of exciting challenges that keeps us motivated.

You will be part of the Partner Markets team which is a small international team working from all over the world. You will report to the VP General Manager Partner Markets located at the ALK Head Office in Hrsholm Denmark.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Establish and keep an updated activity and portfolio plan across markets including regulatory activities.
  • Drive presentations towards external stakeholders and the executive leadership team.
  • In collaboration with the team communicate Partner Markets strategy to internal stakeholders and secure activities are aligned with relevant departments prior to budget discussions and business reviews.
  • Day to day communication and coordination with regulatory affairs supply chain QA and other stakeholders to secure plans are aligned.
  • Support the team in communication towards external and internal stakeholders (incl. senior management).
  • Ad-hoc project management as needed across markets.

Your profile
We expect that you have:

  • Documented experience with project coordination analyses and presentations.
  • Very structured and organised but at the same time being able to work with people less structured.
  • Above average presentations skills.
  • Numerical and analytical ability to understand and analyse data and information.
  • Able to work with a high level of uncertainty in the projects and the plans i.e. the plans you are responsible for will change often.
  • Given the responsibilities experience in coordination of complex activities is required.
