IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR
As Procurement Tools and Technology Manager at Envalior you will lead the development and maintenance of world-class procurement tools and technologies ensuring optimal digitalization and efficiency across our global operations. You will actively collaborate with IT and procurement stakeholders to enhance our SAP landscape (Ariba Concur SRM) develop integrated Spendmap solutions and manage WAVE synergy tracking.
Additionally youll embrace a pioneering spirit exploring AI and advanced Process Mining technologies to solve inefficiencies and support legal compliance through tools like Celonis.
You will make key contributions to Envalior:
- Drive the implementation and optimisation of procurement technologies and P2P processes.
- Coordinate global risk assessments and mitigation tracking.
- Maintain and improve supplier quality tools using MS Power Automate.
- Support category management through best-practice templates and tools.
- Network with peers across Advent Portfolio companies and the industry to ensure best-in-class solutions.
Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong technical expertise in SAP systems (Ariba Concur SRM) Spendmap and MS Power Automate.
- Experience with AI process mining and digital transformation in procurement.
- 23 years of relevant experience ideally including consulting.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in global procurement environments and risk management.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
