About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking forRegular Full-time Analyst - Business Systems III to join our dynamicIT External Customer Experienceteam.
TheIT External Customer Experienceteam is responsible for day to day software application support and planning. This includes researching analyzing defining recommending developing/configuring testing implementing and supporting IT Business Solutions for Canadian Blood Services in collaboration with client groups and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
In this role you will facilitate coordinate and work with team members to collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver value towards current business problems. You will be responsible for identifying and completing complex tasks as part of an overall project or initiative. These tasks include but are not limited to requirements (use cases user stories epics) gathering/analysis iteration/project planning iteration/project/release coordination test case creation/execution and problem management coordination/trending for existing business systems. The role also involves coordinating between other IT departments to complete infrastructure and other enabling services for new and existing business systems.
