Do you love food people and the energy of running a kitchen the right way Were looking for a Kitchen Manager who is more than just a supervisor we need a leader with a passion for great meals strong standards and building a team that thrives together.
This is not your average kitchen job. Were opening a brand-new commercial kitchen that will serve up to 50 residents every day plus extra meals for visitors meetings and special events. The kitchen runs seven days a week from 6am to 6pm and youll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly from the first sizzling pan in the morning to the last dish being cleaned at night.
Were raising the bar with this role offering a salaried position (equivalent to $24$26 an hour) because we know the right person will sometimes need to step in for long days or even all seven if duty return youll have the chance to shape the kitchen set the tone for excellence and lead three cooks who are ready for guidance growth and teamwork. While the care team helps serve meals they wont report to you so your focus can stay on building a strong respectful kitchen crew.
Well be honest weve had challenges in the past with consistency and compliance when leadership wasnt present. Thats why were searching for someone truly independent someone who can uphold policies and state regulations without needing to be constantly watched over. Youll oversee the schedule the daily operations the budget and most importantly the health and safety of everyone who steps into the kitchen.
To thrive here youll need a Commercial Kitchen Management Certification a track record of success in food service management and references that speak to your leadership and integrity.
