Job Summary:
You will analyze data to identify expanded supplier opportunities and be responsible for telling SupplyCores story and family of program offerings. You will partner closely with operations sales and marketing to ensure the teams are educated and knowledgeable about supplier offerings capabilities and pricing.
Key Deliverables and Responsibility:
- Cultivate and manage relationships within assigned supply base.
- Analyze data to identify supply chain opportunities.
- Partner with sales and marketing to educate regarding supplier capabilities.
- Conduct initial introduction with new suppliers to create best value relationships while successfully onboarding those vendors to meet SupplyCores acceptable terms & conditions.
- Lead meetings between suppliers and operations sales and marketing staff.
- Collect and distribute supplier materials to appropriate internal staff.
- Recommend opportunities for improvement and optimization with suppliers using historical analytics.
- Evaluate supplier scorecard data to ID underperforming industry partners.
- Conduct pre-RFQ sourcing and pricing information.
- Utilize CRM and proprietary software at the advanced user level.
Travel:
Intermittent travel is expected with several annual trade shows as well as occasional in-person team strategy sessions. No more than 10% travel.
Requirements - Higher education or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years experience in vendor management; focus on Fire Emergency Response CBRND product types preferred. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
- Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-driven and proactive in nature. Takes initiative to resolve challenges.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint etc.)

Pay Range: $57513 - 69713
