Job Description
Investor Relations Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
- Organize investor meetings AGMs roadshows and conferences.
- Manage IR materials annual reports presentations financial disclosures.
Shareholder and Investor Support
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all shareholders and investors.
- Expand shareholder base and lead alignment with shareholder programs (e.g. J-10 Scheme).
- Address investor and shareholder queries issues and feedback.
Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement
- Develop relationships with institutional investors analysts HNIs and media.
- Support capital raising funding initiatives and co-investment communications.
- Cultivate partnerships with external financial and strategic entities
- Full implementation of IR framework with regular communication updates.
- Secure at least 2 analyst coverages and 1 research publication annually.
- Improve share price valuation and increase daily trading volume.
- Achieve or maintain investment-grade credit ratings.
- Growth in strategic partnerships and successful capital raising from target investors.
- Bachelors degree in business Finance Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
- Certifications such as CFA IRO or similar are valuable.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in investor relations communications and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and relationship-building skills
