Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.

What you will be doing:
- Become an expert in Spotify ad products effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client
- Perform ad sales (craft lead generation and outreach strategies cold calls discovery
- pitches advise on marketing strategies respond to and negotiate RFPs create media plans overcome objections) to both warm and cold prospects evangelizing the Spotifys platform and explaining how Spotifys audience can help their business
- Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how Spotify advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation
- Work independently managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close in order to achieve monthly sales quotas
- Utilize sales technology stacks in order to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity
- Identify ideal clients for handoff to Account Managers and partner with the AMs to provide a seamless transition for the client including crafting thoughtful and creative media plans and carrying out upsells
- Meet and exceed advertising revenue and sales activity quota/targets
- Build a supportive community and act as an anchor for everything Spotify Advertising
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- Be in Porto or be ready to relocate
- Experience in outbound sales or digital marketing with a proven record of driving revenue
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
- full time contract
- Salary without accommodation: 1948 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1584 euros gross / month
- Productivity bonus included above: 500 euros gross / month

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package:
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - then salary would be 1030 euros gross
- Integration activities: Portuguese lessons sports and other opportunities for integration
