Job summary:
This role is part of the Asean Learning Development team with a focus to support EYs digital credentials: EY Badges and Asean Learning Lab. It provides many opportunities to work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary Learning team and across a diverse portfolio of activities alongside the opportunity to focus on tasks as required by the business.
EY Badges opens a world of possibilities by enabling EY practitioners to earn digital badges for future-focused skills and for skills like transformational leadership or inclusive intelligence. EY Badges is our firms opportunity to continuously improve transform and stay relevant.
Asean Learning Lab is dedicated to enhancing research and development as well as fostering best practice capability development. We actively engage our stakeholders through regular surveys focus groups and various touchpoints to gather valuable insights. We consult and collaborate with other learning pillar leads to share findings and develop content that enhances learning impact.
We are looking for someonewho possess a strong analytical mindset agile curiousgreat attention to detail and good team player. This role is crucial in analyzing learning data conducting research and engaging with stakeholders to enhance our learning and development initiatives.
