ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Officer Warehouse Archive Fixed Term. In this role you will play a critical part in consolidating our ASL records in order to make way for a growing part of the business. Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy is a critical part of this role.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The roles responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Relocate clients records ensuring accurate recording of these movement via our scanner system
- Process inbound and outbound orders within service standards ensuring accurate cataloguing and inventory management.
- Maintain precise data entry for efficient collection delivery and invoicing processes.
- Adhere to all operational procedures outlined in company guidelines.
- Liaise with clients to meet service expectations and proactively address concerns.
- Ensure equipment is functional regularly maintained and operational.
- Maintain a professional workspace and appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Report any issues incidents or performance impacts to the Manager promptly.
- Consistently meet internal customer expectations and deliver quality results.
