Your superpowers
- Bachelors degree in Business Psychology HR or a related field.
- 1-4 years of recruitment experience ideally in an analytical or strategy-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills - you can pitch Picnics mission with confidence.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - youll need to challenge push back and influence hiring decisions.
