At VIPS PMS part of Freetime Hospitality b.v. we foster an informal atmosphere where everyone is dedicated to serving our customers every day. For over 25 years we have been a leading provider in the Netherlands with our reservation software catering to B&Bs hotels and conference centers.
As a Customer Success Specialist you are the first point of contact for our customers both by phone and email. You solve problems and answer user questions about our reservation and POS systems. No technical expertise is required for this.
Additionally you ensure that more complex issues are properly escalated to second- and third-line short you and your team ensure that our customers are helped in a friendly and efficient manner. Flexibility is important as participating in on-call Customer Success services is part of the role.
An enthusiastic and driven individual who is open to fully understanding a software package. You have strong communication skills and an interest in technology. Naturally you are hands-on stress-resistant and remain calm when handling multiple phone calls and emails simultaneously. Additionally you have:
