How will you make an impact
We like to hire a dedicated adaptable and resourceful Quality Specialist to our team in Tilburg. To be responsible for the execution management and control of quality assurance systems and operations.
You will have areas in which you will be authoritative (SME) but in practice you could be assisting in all mentioned areas with consult and/or as back up for your colleague which gives the function a very wide working range. This broad range gives many opportunities to develop yourself throughout the entire Quality field within the pharmaceutical industry!
We are looking for a candidate who may already have a few years work experience or who is ready to take the first step in your career in quality assurance!
What will you do
Perform maintain and continuous improvement of our quality processes
Work with quality systems and processes such as deviation/complaint management batch review/preparation/release PQR CAPA management quality management review supplier evaluation management/execution of internal audits support health authorities/client audits quality agreements CPV/validation / qualification (oversight)
Change control management documentation management / training management food/nutritional regulations
Performance indicators data integrity Risk management and Fit&Finish.
Batch disposition (nutritional)
Operational quality assurance trending
Provide and communicate Available Knowledge
How will you get here
Bachelors or masters degree preferred with a pharmaceutical and chemical background.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry with GMP and/or GDP background.
Consistent track record in Quality role.
Experience with Quality computerized systems such as Documentum Success Factors and TrackWise.
Experience in Quality record management such as deviations change controls and customer complaints.
Experience with general software such as Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Dutch and English
