What will you be doing
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting budgeting and scenario analysis.
Perform monthly financial analysis including variance analysis against budget and KPIs.
Support strategic planning processes and decision-making.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel Power BI or other tools.
Collaborate with operations logistics and finance teams to align objectives.
Participate in financial closing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Industrial Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables nested functions financial modeling; macros are a plus).
Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings effectively.
Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Transportation and Logistics sector (3PL distribution fleets etc.).
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI Tableau and ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite).
