Our SAP practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are interested in hearing from experienced SAP professionals who would like to take their careers to the next level.

EYs global SAP practice now totals more than 26000 dedicated SAP professionals in over 150 countries and we are investing heavily in S/4HANA Ariba IBP SuccessFactors Concur GTS SCP Analytics and other new SAP solutions. We are helping our clients to tackle their most difficult challenges by implementing SAP solutions that enable business transformation and deliver real value for our clients. We operate local and remote teams across multiple locations we design and build global solutions with variations to meet local requirements and we deploy these in ways that maximize value for our clients.

As a Manager/Senior Manager you will become a key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to a large global client implementing SAP S/4HANA. Secondary focus will be on support and broader practice this role you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your key responsibilities

• Participating in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our clients industry and business requirements.
• Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EYs Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
• Provide strategic direction for SAP Utilities architecture ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the SAP Utilities roadmap.
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Utilities solutions considering best practices and industry standards.
• Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Utilities architecture ensuring scalability reliability and flexibility.
• Oversee SAP Utilities projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope timelines and resource requirements.
• Producing key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation functional specs data migration specs test scripts training materials etc.
• Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines as well as developing other members of the SAP team
• Supporting the development of the SAP practice including leading internal team activities supporting sales activities and facilitating client events.

To qualify for the role you should have

• A third level qualification in Computer Science Mathematics or a related discipline or relevant experince related to the position
• 10 years experience delivering SAP Utilities projects in modules such as ISU (IDE CCS Billing & Invoicing) FI-CA PM CS PS
• Experience of engaging with CxO stakeholders articulating cloud value propositions and business cases
• Knowledge of SAP Workflows and BPEM is a plus
• Experience with or demonstrable understanding of S/4HANA best practice processes key benefits and implementation scenarios
• Proven experience in leading team planning for all project phases
• Strong ability to lead mentor and motivate teams adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
• Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally you will also have:

• Relevant SAP certifications in utilities or related modules
• Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP Utilities solutions
