Inventory and Logistics Assistant Manager
Step into a pivotal role with a global pharmaceutical leader as an Inventory and Logistics Assistant Managerunlock the potential to revolutionize supply chain operations and be part of a journey where every decision impacts the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee material master data and ensure inventory accuracy through monthly reconciliations.
- Collaborate with teams to manage demand forecasting production planning and timely replenishment.
- Lead change management processes to comply with quality and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to stock-outs overstocking and supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure smooth shipment tracking delivery coordination and compliance with regulations.
- Support procurement and tendering processes ensuring seamless execution.
- Optimize warehousing and transportation costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure a seamless supply chain that aligns with global standards and customer needs.
- Drive ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support business growth and market demands.
- Act as the key contact for managing operations and coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business or a postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash operations with a focus on sales and operations planning.
- Proficient in SAP systems related to supply chain management.
- Strong command of the English language both written and spoken.
