Inventory and Logistics Assistant Manager

Step into a pivotal role with a global pharmaceutical leader as an Inventory and Logistics Assistant Managerunlock the potential to revolutionize supply chain operations and be part of a journey where every decision impacts the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee material master data and ensure inventory accuracy through monthly reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage demand forecasting production planning and timely replenishment.
  • Lead change management processes to comply with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to stock-outs overstocking and supply chain disruptions.
  • Ensure smooth shipment tracking delivery coordination and compliance with regulations.
  • Support procurement and tendering processes ensuring seamless execution.
  • Optimize warehousing and transportation costs while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure a seamless supply chain that aligns with global standards and customer needs.
  • Drive ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support business growth and market demands.
  • Act as the key contact for managing operations and coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expertise in end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash operations with a focus on sales and operations planning.
  • Proficient in SAP systems related to supply chain management.
  • Strong command of the English language both written and spoken.
