Behaviour and Learning Mentor Graduate Opportunity
Location: Bexley
Contract: September 2025 July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Londons leading schools are seeking recent graduates into Behaviour and Learning Mentor roles!
If you are a recent Psychology or Primary Education graduate and are looking to gain experience as a Behaviour and Learning Mentor whether for career clarification or preparation for your next step this graduate programme will support you throughout the process.
As a Behaviour and Learning Mentor you will work closely with students in mainstream settings providing guidance mentoring and support to help them achieve their academic and personal potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting students in mainstream classrooms as a Behaviour and Learning Mentor
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions for students needing behavioural or learning support
- Collaborating with teachers parents and administrators to implement effective solutions
This Behaviour and Learning Mentor role is ideal for graduates seeking practical experience in education child development or psychology-related careers.
Were looking for:
- A 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate degree (Psychology Primary Education or related field)
- Child-centred experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Resilient empathetic and committed to helping young people succeed
- Commitment from September 2025 to July 2026
