This Position reports to:
Engineering Manager IYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will connect the customer project managers engineers and buyers so that our projects all fully covered. Each day you will assist in designing engineering solutions including drawings and calculations according to specification. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in design reviews and design verification and modifying the design as necessary.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Engineering department in MV Switchgear Unit Brno.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Preparation and design processing of order documentation and active communication with the customer during clarification
Assessment of design solutions for HV switchgear for the project with regard to production possibilities
Specification of the correct technical and functional solution for the primary parts of switchgear and HV devices for the project in the SAP system
Creation of 2D technical documentation and responsibility for its completeness timeliness and accuracy
Cooperation on the order with the project team
Qualifications for the role
Secondary school/university degree in a technical field (electrical engineering preferred)
User knowledge of 2D/3D programs (Solidworks DraftSight)
Communicative level of English
Attention to detail and error detection proactive approach to work and communication coordination skills teamwork and independence
Decree No. 50 and knowledge of HV switchboards are an advantage
