We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our this role you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical components of material handling equipment (MHE) supporting the efficiency and reliability of our automated systems.
Perform daily preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical components of MHE.
Provide second-level support for escalated maintenance issues from Maintenance Technician Specialists.
Diagnose and promptly repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
Assist Equipment Specialists during major downtime events maintenance interventions and small optimizations.
Deliver hands-on training and technical support to Support Technicians.
Collaborate with system specialists and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules and legally required safety inspections.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
Ensure full compliance with health safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and efficiency.
Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in logistics manufacturing or automation environments.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and material handling equipment.
Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation wiring diagrams and schematics.
Hands-on experience with tools and diagnostic equipment.
Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Competent in documenting maintenance tasks and reporting issues clearly.
Basic computer skills including experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Degree in Electromechanics Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
23 years of experience in maintaining material handling or automated systems preferred.
Strong practical experience with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
Czech - C2 English B1
Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays as required.
Certification or training in maintenance safety standards is a plus.
Experience with automated material handling systems is an advantage.
Frequent standing walking bending and lifting (up to 25 kg).
Manual dexterity to operate tools and perform precise mechanical repairs.
Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels heights and temperatures.
