This Position reports to:
Sales ManagerIn this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: hybrid
- 1. Volume
- Sells products/systems/services to customers achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- 2. Customer relations
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.
- 3. New market opportunities
- Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
- 4. Administration
- Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor or master degree Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
- At least 3 years sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow; At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project
- Strong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity;
- Result driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills be good at team work.
