Job Description

Direct Hire

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Customer Service Representative to join their this role you will be the critical link between our customers sales representatives and internal operations. You will manage customer orders from quote to delivery ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout all stages of the order process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process Customer Quotes & Orders: Accurately enter and manage customer quotes and orders in a timely manner.
  • Order Management: Oversee orders from entry through scheduling and delivery ensuring all phases are executed optimally.
  • Process Monitoring: Control and monitor all relevant phases and processes related to customer orders.
  • ERP Data Management: Enter and update customer and order-related information in the ERP system to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve customer issues related to orders quotes quality delivery and errors.
  • Customer Representation: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company and represent the companys values and standards to the customer.
  • Sales Support: Provide direct support to Sales Representatives in North America assisting with customer needs and facilitating communication.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and order management processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work
