Are you energized by creating impactful learning experiences and building communities of knowledge Hitachi Energy is seeking a Learning & Knowledge Administrator to support our Mt. Pleasant and Greensburg PA plants as part of our inaugural Learning Center of Expertise (CoE). This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of workforce development in the high-voltage energy sector.
In this role youll be at the heart of our learning ecosystemmanaging digital platforms coordinating dynamic training events supporting audits and grants and cultivating a vibrant internal knowledge-sharing community. If youre detail-oriented tech-savvy and passionate about learning this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing global organization.
How Youll Make an Impact
Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)
Upload and organize training content courses and learner data
Collaborate with teams to document skills and competencies
Support audits and manage training-related grant submissions
Plan and coordinate training events workshops and seminars
Handle logistics including vendors RSVPs and evaluations
Build and support a knowledge-sharing community across teams
Ensure compliance with internal and external learning standards
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education IT Business Communication or related field
5 years of experience in education tech manufacturing or IT
Masters degree preferred
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
Experience with LMS administration; Cornerstone experience is a plus
Comfortable working in a production plant environment
Authorized to work in the United States
