Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team here at Monks Hill Ventures (MHV).
This is an opportunity for a curious and creative individual to work with an established venture capital firm in Southeast Asia that invests in the best entrepreneurs building the next iconic companies.
You will work with the Marketing team to drive the Monks Hill Venturess marketing efforts through supporting events media campaigns and content strategy that is of value to a growing community of founders across Southeast Asia.
This role will report to our Marketing Lead based in Singapore.

What Youll Do:
- Take an active role in building out some of our flagship programs that serve the founders community particularly to curate a community and strengthen relationships within the startup ecosystem.
- Curate a community of founders and align relevant programs to cater to different interest groups.
- Support in the execution of online outreach campaigns including developing compelling content online channels.
- Research topics of relevance to the investor and founder communities.
- Support the execution of flagship programs and events ensuring smooth communication and logistics for online and offline initiatives.
What We Look For:
- Currently pursuing a relevant degree or diploma with a keen interest in technology and/or investing.
- Proficient design skills e.g. Canva Adobe Suite Figma and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Proactive mindset and keen interest in the intersection of technology startups and venture capital.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly in the English language.
- Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language is a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills to handle the dynamic nature of events and campaigns.
- Collaborative spirit ready to work closely with the regional Marketing team founders and investors.
S$0 - S$1000 a month
Market competitive stipend will be provided.
