Job Description
The Role
- Design develop test and deploy scalable and reliable software solutions
- Collaborate with product owners and team members to refine stories and identify the correct test strategy
- Design and implement automated tests to maximize regression coverage
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the quality methodology to sustain and enhance ongoing product quality
- Write clear maintainable technical documentation
- Participate in code reviews design discussions and sprint ceremonies
- Mentor junior team members and be open to feedback to continuously grow and improve
Qualifications
The Requirements
- 5-8 years development experience.
- Proficient experience using .NET C# MVC Web API SQL HTML CSS JavaScript
- Skilled in using Selenium for automated web testing including writing and maintaining test scripts
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React Angular JS and Amber.
- Degree (Associates or Bachelors) in computer science management information systems or related area
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum framework and Kanban preferred
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment that has tight deadlines.
- Ability to learn and evaluate new tools concepts and challenges quickly.
- Customer service focus and flexibility in supporting customer requests.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be available at times to work extended work hours.
- Background in benefits administration a plus.
