Key Responsibilities:
Create diverse creative and challenging prompts designed to test AI models.
Execute test cases and document AI responses accurately and clearly.
Identify and document unexpected AI behaviors vulnerabilities or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams and report findings in a structured format.
Participate in feedback sessions to continuously enhance testing strategies.
Technical skills and qualifications:
Fluent in the English language as well as reading and writing in English
Must be at least a high school graduate
Preferably with 1 year BPO Experience
Must have an experience in AI Prompt Adversarial Testing QA or Related Fields
Must have a teaching background
Familiarity with Open AI Gemini Anthropic and etc
Soft skills:
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Great communication skills written and oral
Must be adaptable and flexible demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
Empathic toward customers and can maintain a customer-centric approach
Team player: acts as a key participant within the internal team and broader company by taking part in department initiatives providing feedback/updates promoting collaborative solutions and supporting colleagues/departments
Open to feedback eager to learn and can show improvement
