Do you want to work closely with our clients delving into their challenges and ambitions Are you passionate about applying innovation to help them achieve their business goals If youre eager to make a difference in the retail sector were seeking junior business consultants like you to drive change.
Your role in our team
As a business consultant youll work with one of our retail clients aiding in their digital transformation. Youll translate business issues into clear requirements and play a key role in implementing solutions. This involves close collaboration with product owners and project managers across various areas such as operations IT commerce and doing so you not only functionally stand your ground but you are also no stranger to the technical side and feel comfortable around things like APIs data flows and UML. Alongside your client work youll participate in focus groups to foster knowledge sharing and personal development enriching our collective expertise and reputation.
How you strengthen our team
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
-Understanding of programming languages software architecture and development methods like Agile or scrum
-Good writing skills;
-Skilled in data analytical tools and techniques like SQL Python R
-Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
-The ability to interpret and create technical documentation like system designs specification documents and manuals
-Minimally 3 years of experience In retail and/or retail consultancy
-Demonstrate a good sense of thoroughness attention to detail and care;
-Passion for digital transformation across the complete value chain
-Highly organized you will be juggling multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
-Experience as business analyst or project manager in agile environments is a plus
-Hands on and Can-do mentality.
-Located in the Netherlands or EU and willing to relocate;
-Bachelor or Masters degree in industrial engineering or a related education
