Your Responsibilities
- Push yourself each day to understand new technologies our clients needs and the products were working on
- Take risks and dont be afraid to be wrong thats how you learn and grow
- Deliver high-quality results that impress our clients
- Join innovative discussions and suggest ideas to solve difficult challenges
- Be empathetic with your teammates and communicate clearly
- Create mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate your design in Figma and maintain UI library
- Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

What We are Looking For
- 3 years of experience
- Excellent affinity with branding and a great sense of aesthetics and composition
- Experience creating prototypes wireframes and UI for complex websites and applications.
- Mastery of Figma
- Fluent English knowledge
- Understand the business needs and turn into intuitive and easy to use UI solutions
- Experience with complex Design Systems
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

We have an office in the 12. district in Budapest in the Alkots Point office building. We have implemented a hybrid work schedule where we have 2 days of mandatory office presence when we focus on specific projects and 3 days of optional home office per week.
