The opportunity

How youll make an impact
You will collaborate with the production planner to ensure timely completion of production tasks based on the companys sales plan and market demands and will do arrangement of production resources including human material and equipment to enhance production efficiency.
You will oversee and manage the production process ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and will coordinate cooperation between departments and resolve issues during production.
You will develop and implement quality control to ensure the products meet the standards and will supervise quality inspections during production promptly identify and address quality issues and solve this problem.
You will manage and guide the production team including team leaders and operators ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operating procedures and will provide necessary training to enhance employee skills and production efficiency.
You will collaborate with IE to optimize production processes increase efficiency and reduce waste and do support the safety management in the workshop establishing and enforcing safety regulations.
You will provide essential safety training to ensure employees possess safety awareness and skills and promptly address accidents and potential safety hazards during production ensuring the safety of employees and equipment.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelors degree or above with majors in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred.
At least 5 years of production management experience in high-voltage circuit breakers or related products familiar with production processes and management methods.
Proficient in the production processes and technical requirements of high-voltage circuit breaker products.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to skillfully use office software for production planning and data analysis.
Excellent teamwork spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
Good English listening and reading abilities.
