KWS Bulgaria EOODis in search of aLogistics and Sales Support Specialist/Managerto join their Sofia office. This position is full time and limited.
Main Responsibilities:
- Active communication with customersand companysales team;
- Working in maintaining and updating SAP and SalesForce databases;
- Logistics coordination -receivesdelivery orders and organizes deliveries according to the internal process respecting the needs of the customers;
- Supports local sales and planning - monitors stock availabilitycredit limits and collection supportscontract preparation;
- Supporting of accounting / financial processes - issues the respective accounting documents: invoices credit notes protocols certificates etc. related to the sales support workflow;
- During the season creates weekly reports on the movement of goods;
- At the end of the sales season supports management with standardized reports and analyzes
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: University Degree in Economics or Logistics is preferable;
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Excellent workinglevelin Excel - active every day user with deep knolwedge of main features formulas includingpivot tables;
- English language skills(minimum level B1/B2) is a must;
- Previous experience in logistics sales support or supply chain considered a strong advantage;
- Experience with SAP and/or SalesForce systems would be considered astrongadvantage;
- Motivated and responsible person good team pleayer;
- Personal qualities initiative communicative good analytical skills eye for detail self discipline and precision
