We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our team in redesigning and optimizing two of our SharePoint sites. Youll become part of the Product Creation Processes & Methods (PCPM) team within the CTO Office department. The Product Creation Processes and Methods are used for all new products and technology introductions across NXP. You will be a key contributor to our continued growth and success. This position also offers excellent growth potential for your competences and skills.
Your Role
Your position will be focused on remodeling SharePoint site for project and portfolio managers usage who are the stakeholders of two enterprise applications. These applications/tools calculate the financial impact of projects and provide a comprehensive overview of all projects within business portfolios. Thereby supporting project and product managers in making strategic decisions essential for business continuity.

Your Responsibilities
Analyze the current structure and content of the current SharePoint site.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and understand user needs.
Design and implement a modern intuitive and user-friendly SharePoint layout.
Migrate and organize existing content ensuring consistency and accessibility.
Create templates dashboards and document libraries to support team workflows.
Ensure compliance with internal branding and governance standards.
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors/Masters program.
Conceptual thinker with attention to detail self-motivated and a team player.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint/and basic UI/UX principles (is a plus).
