Job Description
Role :- Sr. Cloud SharePoint Administrator
Location- Santa Clara CA
The successful candidate will configure administer and optimize Atlassian platforms (Jira Confluence Bitbucket Jira Align) driving integration with ServiceNow and building custom workflows dashboards and marketplace solutions to support collaboration and automation. You will design and maintain business intelligence dashboards and data pipelines-extracting and integrating data from Atlassian ServiceNow and other sources-while architecting scalable data lake and ETL solutions using modern tools and cloud platforms (Python Talend Informatica Airflow AWS Azure GCP).
What youll be doing
- Configure administer and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence Bitbucket) ensuring performance security and scalability and integrating with enterprise applications like ServiceNow.
- Develop and manage custom workflows dashboards and marketplace integrations to support collaboration reporting and automation; provide user training and support.
- Design build and maintain BI dashboards and data pipelines by extracting and integrating data from Atlassian ServiceNow and other sources ensuring secure and efficient data transfer and access.
- Architect scalable data lake and ETL solutions (using Python Talend Informatica Airflow AWS Azure or GCP) for analytics and machine learning optimizing for data quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT business and project teams to gather requirements deliver analytics solutions troubleshoot issues and mentor users on best practices.
- Lead the troubleshooting upgrade and maintenance processes to ensure high availability and data integrity across platforms.
- Recommend implement and manage automation solutions for ITSM DevOps and reporting activities streamlining cross-platform integrations and workflows.
What we need to see:
- 5-7 years of Atlassian administration experience (Jira Confluence Bitbucket Jira Align) including customization workflow design and integrations.
- Strong background in extracting reporting and automating workflows with ServiceNow (ITSM).
- Advanced skills in BI and data visualization with Power BI or similar tools; building cross-source dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Talend Informatica Airflow SSIS) strong SQL and scripting (Python Shell) for data integration.
- Proven ability to architect build and manage cloud-based data lakes (AWS Azure GCP) including ingestion modeling and governance.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark Hadoop) and API-based integrations including automation scripting and connector solutions.
- Strong commitment to data quality troubleshooting effective communication end-user training and relevant education/certifications (B.S. or equivalent experience; Atlassian BI or data engineering certifications a plus).
Its not just a Jira Admin or a Data Engineer role-its a blended position requiring:
Atlassian platform expertise (administration customization).
ServiceNow/ITSM integration skills.
Data engineering and BI know-how (ETL SQL Power BI cloud data lakes).
