As a Assistant Executive Housekeeper we rely on you to:
- Assist the executive housekeeper for the overall operation and functioning of the housekeeping department.
- Allocate and supervise the work of the colleagues and formulate work plans.
- Ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
- Supervise the team in the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies.
- Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies. Maintain a high-performing team.
- Communicate regularly with employees and maintain a good relationship.
- Check the facilities and management of the guest room department spot-check and improve the overall quality of work and work efficiency of the department.
- Organize the preparation of departmental work procedures and work evaluation
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with an international class hotel.
- Familiarity with the guest room management service process and quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in communication in English as well as local language.
- Customer oriented mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Ablity to work flexible hours.
- Commitment to professional values.
