Job Description

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Sr. Mgr Partnerships and Integrations in Suwanee GA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Manager Partnerships and Integrations will manage relationships with third-party service providers and strategic partners to ensure operational excellence. This role requires a combination of strong partnership management analytical capabilities and strategic leadership skills to drive efficient business growth and ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations. This role is responsible for building and executing METUS demand response strategy working with aggregators and utilities to provide additional value for our customers.

This role will oversee all third-party integrations and APIs including our relationships with Google Amazon and other smart home partners. Additionally the role will be METUS primary point of contact with our external research labs and innovation partners to identify and manage proof of concepts ensuring successful execution to grow into future business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions of the position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Own all partner integrations with our consumer facing app(s).
  • Build and execute our demand response energy management and controls utility partner strategy.
  • Work with our UX team to integrate demand response and other third-party technologies into our residential and commercial apps.
  • Manage our relationship with Google Amazon and other third party IoT/smart home partners to provide additional value for our users.
  • Own and manage relationships with industry organizations and standards bodies to gather insights and influence standards on behalf of the company. Make recommendations to Management based on such information.
  • Establish KPIs and execute proof of concept trials between internal stakeholders and third-party innovation partners across the business to discover value for METUS and our customers.
  • Support with partner on-boarding establishing operational framework SLAs relationship and incidents management processes including escalations.
  • Support the implementation of new partner initiatives and integration projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between partners and internal stakeholders including Product Marketing Legal Customer Experience and Operations teams.
  • Manage third party controls hardware vendor partnerships to ensure contractual obligations are being adhered to and performance metrics are being met.
  • Coordinate with legal team to execute NDAs and negotiate contract terms.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% for various Company meetings and training.
  • Hybrid onsite/remote location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.A. in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience MBA preferred
  • 7 years progressive experience working in connected devices smart home controls or technology centric environment preferably with consumer facing app or services
  • 5 years of proven experience leading program management initiatives including overseeing cross-functional teams and driving successful program outcomes.
  • 3 years experience in managing complex third-party service partnerships including implementation and contract compliance driving strategic value for the organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced negotiation influencing and stakeholder management abilities fostering strong collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with Jira or comparable project management platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in the HVAC industry preferred.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $128000 and $176000 per year however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical dental vision and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employees eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year 56 hours of paid sick leave annually and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid parental/disability/emergency/etc. leave if eligible.
