Your Team Responsibilities
MSCI is excited to offer this opportunity to join its Monterrey-based Real Assets Data Operations Team. This position is responsible for tracking commercial Real Estate market transactions. No prior Real Estate experience is necessary. The role will also suit a recent graduate who has an analytical mind and the ability to communicate in a clear and engaging fashion.
Our Real Assets business offers a structured training program for its proprietary methodologies and understanding of the Real Estate markets. You will also be part of a diverse team in a growing global company.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret complex high-volume and dimensional data related to the Canadian real estate market from a variety of sources.
- Search for validate and enter data into our proprietary database ensuring ongoing accuracy and integrity.
- Track and monitor various news outlets government records and third-party data providers for commercial real estate transactions and market activity.
- Investigate and resolve missing data points or discrepancies for existing real estate records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data processes methodologies and automation tools.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Canadian data vendors.
- Stay informed of Canadian market trends industry developments and property sector dynamics.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Bachelors degree from a college or university.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in data research using various data collection and validation techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
- Fast learner with a logical analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes timelines and market needs.
- Self-motivated proactive and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery.
- Passionate about the real estate industry particularly in the Canadian market.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools to support research and streamline workflows.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
