Job Description

Tradeasia International is a Singapore-based Supply Chain Solutions Company specialized in supplying Industrial Chemicals & Raw Materials. We serve multiple industries and have our footprints in Singapore Vietnam Indonesia Thailand the Philippines Sri Lanka Egypt South Korea and the UAE.

Currently we are looking out for a young and energetic individual for the position of Sales and Business Development Executive to be based in our Colombo office and work with our local customers.

Roles

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base in the industrial chemicals and raw materials sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our supply chain solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market demands and competitor activities to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Product Knowledge: Not necessary to have a deep understanding of the industrial chemicals and raw materials we specialize in providing expert advice to clients and addressing their specific requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement and logistics to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales and marketing reports analyze key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree /Diploma/ Full or Part professional qualification in Business Marketing Sales or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing preferably B2B. Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes is a plus.
