In order to support our business we are looking for a Marketing Specialist.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Indonesia. This individual will play a key role in supporting various marketing communication efforts including social media management event coordination content creation and localization and digital marketing tactics. As the sole marketing support staff in the office the ideal candidate should be able to work independently efficiently and with a high level of initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Create curate and manage content for Instagram and other social media channels.
- Monitor engagement respond to inquiries and manage daily social media operations.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to social media strategy improvement.
- Event Support:
- Assist in planning organizing and executing trade shows seminars webinars and other marketing events.
- Coordinate logistics promote events and ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with vendors partners and event attendees.
- Content Creation & Localization:
- Create and adapt content for the Indonesian market including newsletters blogs and promotional materials.
- Translate or localize global marketing content to resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of digital campaigns including email marketing and webinars.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest adjustments based on metrics.
- Additional Marketing Tasks:
- Provide general marketing support as needed including market research competitor analysis and campaign tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably in a similar role with a focus on communication digital marketing and event coordination.
- Previous experience in a B2B or industrial setting is a plus.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram) and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Photoshop).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics such as email marketing webinars and SEO.

- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and communication.
- Team player who can collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
