Job Summary

Responsible for greenfield projects sales bookings building and managing local customer relationships and promotion of companys image and products.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Achieve/exceed bookings sales and profitability targets set for IBS Business.
  • Work with Sales Development and Support team to identify new business opportunities in fine chemical PBAT via solution selling and value-add services.
  • Set monthly forecast and detailed sales plan to develop responsible region sales growth
  • Lead technical exchange meeting and deliver differentiated & customized solution to customer
  • Coordinate with project manager to hold kick-off meeting
  • Complete other jobs assigned by Manager

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Sales/Marketing background with 5-7 years experience in the process control industry.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Automation Engineering or IT with good business sense.
  • Experience in project pursuit sales will be a plus.
  • Good analytical creative and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially influencing and presentation skills.
  • Able to articulate solution offerings and its differentiation.
  • To develop creative solution to growing new business.
  • For extensive communications and presentations with customers.
  • Position has a high degree of dynamic short-term demands as well as longer term objectives to meet.
  • Occupational health and safety foresight.
  • Build High level customer interpersonal relationship skill

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Good command of written English.
  • Outgoing sociable and independent.
  • Proven understanding of computers is desired.
