JOB DESCRIPTION
Abstrakt Marketing Group is a business growth company focused in the B2B marketplace. We offer outbound and inbound lead generation solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses who are looking to grow. Under the direction of the Office Manager the Shuttle Driver ensures safe timely and professional transportation services for employees clients and guests. He or she will be responsible for operating the company shuttle providing excellent customer service and performing basic upkeep of the vehicle during the designated afternoon shift.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate the company shuttle between designated locations during scheduled afternoon hours (46 PM).
Provide courteous professional service to all passengers assisting with entry/exit as needed.
Maintain an accurate schedule to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and promptly report any issues to the Facilities Director.
Ensure the shuttle is kept clean fueled and properly maintained (oil changes tire pressure etc.).
Maintain records of mileage fuel usage and service/maintenance.
Adhere to all traffic laws safety regulations and Abstrakt Marketing Group standards.
Assist with other facilities-related errands and transportation needs as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Class C CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement and a clean driving record.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Ability to follow schedules instructions and company policies.
Must be reliable punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical ability to assist passengers and handle light lifting (up to 35 lbs.).
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (rain snow heat).
