PRTR is collaborating with a top-tier client recognized as a leader in their industry to seek a skilled Data Scientist who can drive impactful AI and data initiatives.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in generative AI machine learning and data management looking to make a difference in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Adapting and fine-tuning pre-trained language models for generative AI applications.
- Ensuring that LLM-based solutions and their associated workflows are optimized and deployed effectively.
- Developing and implementing LLMs to support diverse content creation needs.
- Establishing and communicating project roadmaps within the data science field.
- Designing agile workflows and managing deliverable cycles that meet timelines and resource limitations.
- Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and AI providers to facilitate clear communication and alignment on project needs.
- Collaborating closely with external AI providers to align project objectives with technological capabilities.
- Identifying and gathering the necessary datasets for AI initiatives.
- Leveraging expertise in machine learning deep learning and AI algorithms to address business challenges.
- Applying data mining techniques to uncover insights related to business pain points.
- Conducting analyses that support product and channel improvements and development.
- Presenting key findings and strategic recommendations to business partners and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology Management Information Systems or a related IT field.
- Over 3 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on project management (experience in Retail or E-Commerce is preferable).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an LLM Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas Numpy SparkSQL).
- Ability to manipulate and analyze complex high-volume data from various sources.
- Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop Apache Spark and Databricks.
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow Keras Scikit-learn).
- Strong foundation in statistics.
- Experience in data visualization (Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and a strong work ethic.
