Overview
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to our staff. We need someone who has a strong grasp of information technology and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Deploying and maintaining operating systems on server and client computers.
- Providing timely and effective IT Helpdesk support.
- Conducting training and offering support to employees.
- Ensuring the security and stability of operating environments.
- Upgrading essential software and hardware and monitoring operating environments.
- Documenting all reported malfunctions and the corresponding actions taken.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in IT including computer system administration helpdesk support network infrastructure CCTV and Security Control.
- Proficiency in Window server OS HP-UX Environment and Oracle database administration.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in computer usage and Markdown format.
