Role Overview:
Our dynamic Internal Platform team builds and maintains a robust and scalable platform that underpins Collectors engineering teams by providing IT Networking CloudOps DevOps Database and QA best practices in turn enabling rapid secure and stable application delivery
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. You will manage our NetSuite environment provide support implement customizations and drive operational efficiencies through NetSuite leading practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs optimize workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
What Youll Do:
Own and lead all aspects of NetSuite ERP implementation configuration and upgrades across key modules including Financials Inventory WMS Order Management CRM and Revenue Management.
Administer and continuously optimize the NetSuite platform managing system performance data integrity user roles/permissions audits and security best practices.
Support and train end-users serving as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related issues documentation troubleshooting and functional guidance.
Design and implement NetSuite customizations including SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder while developing advanced searches dashboards and reports.
Lead integration efforts between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g. Salesforce Shopify Stripe logistics platforms analytics tools) using middleware and custom solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Operations Supply Chain and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Act as a strategic NetSuite advisor driving best practices continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment across systems and processes.
Who You Are:
5 years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant Business Analyst or in a similar ERP-focused role.
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
NetSuite certifications (Administrator ERP Consultant) preferred.
Proven track record in supporting and enhancing NetSuite ERP in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of core business processes across Finance Accounting Procurement Inventory and Order Management.
Comfort with SuiteScript SuiteFlow and data management tools for NetSuite.
Excellent communication skills to provide training user support and best practice recommendations.
Effective communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and train users at various skill levels.
Detail-oriented and thorough in system management process documentation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams.
