Department / Hospital / Cluster: Medical Social Work Department / Ruttonjee & Tang Shiu Kin Hospitals / Hong Kong East Cluster
Pay: HK$37590 to HK$66291 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise the clerical staff in department.
2. Perform executive and administrative support for daily operations of department.
3. Supervise and provide support in processing medical fee waiver application.
4. Provide executive and secretarial support to department meetings.
5. Coordinate and provide logistic support on functions programs and activities that organized by the department.
6. Handle monitor and compile records for department coordinated procurement matters.
7. Coordinate and provide support for clerical staff training & development.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Entry Requirements:
1. A university degree or equivalent.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. Experience in handling medical fee waiver application in Hospital.
2. Good communication interpersonal and organization skills outgoing able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
3. Responsible self-motivated highly flexible and detail minded and able to work independently.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

2. This post is time-limited in nature. Selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed-term appointment up to 2 years depending on his/her existing employment renewal / extension of appointment will be subject to service needs availability of funding and job performance.
