We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee Data Centre Network Services for our key customers. You will be responsible for service delivery coordination with technical teams and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise operations of data centre network services
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular service reporting
- Identify and drive service improvement opportunities
- Oversee incident change and problem management processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT service management (preferably in networking or data centre environments)
- Good knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in English (spoken and written
