Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE) ManagerReports Directly to: HSSE APAC LeadResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking an HSSE Specialist to join our Account team. Periodic travel to various operations sites to review site activities to investigate events or problems as well as travel to various meetings may be required (est. 10% to 20% travel). Assist the APAC HSSE Lead by coordinating and being the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for site various sites in APAC. Communicate HSSE needs and results to the Account Leadership Team. Play a lead role in the continued development and refinement of JLLs HSSE culture and training programs on the technical expertise strategic leadership and support for all various JLL facilities on HSSE regulatory compliance issues and questions. Develop and maintain the account training matrixrequirements; develop account specific HSSE training as required and provide training/presentations as needed on specific topics applicable to the account employees. Collaborate with other JLL HSSE leads to learn best practices and share best practices developed on client account for benefit of all firm clients. Manage and provide HSSE oversight to the trending factors and indicators to management on a pre-determined basis. Provide JLL Team and Client with current and historical HSSE data to perform to all KPI metrics. Ensure that HSSE accidents injuries near misses/good catches and other events are captured and the data is managed and reported. Manage the OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping requirements for the account. Participate with operating sites as needed to lead or support investigations of serious safety events the analysis of root cause(s) support/track the implementation of effective corrective actions and prepare communications to share the lessons-learned from such events across the account operations. Maintain account HSSE procedures documentation and records. Support ISO 14001& 45001 management system certification activities. QualificationsBachelors degree in safety management industrial hygiene environmental science or relevant field.8 years of experience. Relevant professional certification(s)Six Sigma or LEED certifications highly desired. GMP/GxP experience highly desired. General Industry OSHA certifications desired (CHM CSHM CIH CSP CEP etc.) Practical working knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques ideally within a Facilities Management environment. Knowledge and understanding of relevant standards legislation codes of practice guidance and operating procedures. Presentation skills to deliver specialist advice at all levels and to deliver localized training to staff as required. Strong organizational skills information management proficiency and collaborative management style are needed. Evidence of strong interpersonal skills in order to establish credibility with colleagues and senior management. Ability to work through and identify the root cause of any problem. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to carry out an audit and gather objective evidence through observation interview and sampling of documents and records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Microsoft Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint etc.Location:
